Our main goal with the freestall environment is to create the best environment we can to encourage the herd to lay down as much as possible, while also making it easier to move in the stall. The freestall systems are open for the cows to enter and exit the beds efficiently all while having enough lunge space without obstructions. Our freestall systems provide spacious resting area, 360⁰ head movement, adjustability, and proper indexing.

The BioRail mounting system is our most popular mounting system. It is ideal for facilities using sand or compost bedding because mounts are positioned out of the bedding material, reducing the risk of corrosion and increasing cow comfort within the herd. It is available with T-Posts and a wide variety of post and rail mount brackets to ensure compatibility with existing barn infrastructure. It is available in single row and head-to-head configurations. The BioRail system is compatible with all VES-Artex stall divider styles.
