Lower a facility’s energy consumption and streamline ventilation management in the facility by combining Lenze’s hardware and VES-Artex ventilation design expertise. Working in tandem with environmental controls, wireless VFDS automatically adjust fan speed based on the environment’s temperature. 

A wireless VFD provides precise sensor-less motor control which provides low wear-rate brake control, dynamic braking through brake resistors, S-ramps for smooth acceleration and deceleration, a flying restart circuit, PID controller, and DC connection. This means energy consumption can be reduced up to 75% based on run times and fan speeds.

Other features of Lenze’s wireless VFD include: IP66 (NEMA 4X) enclosure rating, a Safe Torque Off (STO) setting which prevents unexpected motor restarts during repairs and maintenance, USB microw diagnostic interface, and compatibility with a keypad or WLAN modules.
